At Elite International Motors, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth delivery process for our customers. Please review the following shipping terms:
- Quality Check Before Delivery: All items, except for mechanical parts, will undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. If customers are picking up the order in-store, we encourage the customers to inspect the items directly with our staff to ensure everything is in order.
- Dispatch Timing: For in‑stock items, our target dispatch time is within 48 hours. Any orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day. If the items are not available in-store, the delivery time may vary depending on availability and shipping logistics. We will notify the customers of any delays and provide an estimated delivery date.
- Shipping Delays and Force Majeure: The Company shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to meet its obligations under these terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, fire, epidemics, pandemics, acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the shipping process.
